Status Quo
Not much to report.
A small gain OSS for week 3 partly because of my over-indulgence over the weekend. Let's just say I fell off the sugar wagon completely. Today is my 2nd day of being good.
OSS Week 3 results:
Weight: 128.4 (-1.6 lb loss overall )
Fat % : 21.4 (.6% loss overall)
I'm diagnosing myself as a bipolar runner as my 2 previous posts can attest. At this point, I'm just trying to get out there and do the miles, however long it takes.
And Sunday I have to do 8 miles--only question what mood is my body going to be in?

Yes, you just might be bipolar. :) I was kinda laughing to myself after reading your last post and knowing that your previous one was just the opposite. I think most of us have a love/hate relationship with running. You are not alone! I hope your long run falls on one of the love days!
Hang in there. We all our weeks.
Bipolar runner--that's funny! We all have our good days and bad days. At least you put in the time on your legs, even if you didn't run. "Do it anyway," is good practice when it comes to the marathon, especially at mile 22 when everything hurts and you wonder what you're doing out there!
Running is very up and down for me, too!!! I was over the moon last week after my first 10 miler, now that there is snow on the ground I just want to hunker down in my jammies.
This, too, shall pass, right??? Hang in there!
Welcome to running. I think we all go through those bi polar weeks of running.
I look forward to the day we can do a race at the same time!
Bipolar...hmmm, and witty :).
Well, you won't get bored.
Perhaps your perception will stabilize a bit when your training gets more regular, more sustained, more just another habit, as you approach the race.
Bipolar runner!! I definitely like the term!! =)
Well hope things get better and on the bright side of the bipolar disorder! :P
Hope you were in a good mood sunday! I'm kind of in the same boat these days. Keep up the good results with the weight loss.
